A request should identify the subject, level, deadline, type of guidance, instructions, and relevant files. Submitting a brief does not by itself guarantee tutor availability or create a confirmed engagement.

Any price, currency, scope, and payment timing shown or confirmed for an order apply to that order. Payment services may be provided by third-party processors and may be subject to their own terms.

Revision or follow-up requests must relate to the original confirmed scope and should be raised through the relevant order or support channel. New instructions, a changed deadline, or additional work may require a revised quote.

Cancellations and refunds are assessed from the payment record, agreed scope, work and delivery history, and the documented circumstances. Read the Refund Review Policy before submitting a request.

Support is provided for learning, practice, and improvement. You remain responsible for understanding your institution's rules and for writing, reviewing, and submitting your own assessed work.

You must not use the platform to arrange impersonation, live or proctored assessment completion, access to another person's account, fabrication of evidence or results, or submission of tutor-authored material as your own work.

We may decline, pause, or cancel a request that conflicts with academic integrity, applicable law, platform safety, or the rights of another person. See the Trust Centre for the standards that guide responsible support.

We handle account information, messages, order details, and uploaded files as described in the Privacy Policy. Information may be made available to the staff, tutor, or service provider who needs it to operate the platform or deliver the confirmed support.

You keep ownership of material you create and upload. You give Writers24x7.com the limited permission needed to store, review, share within the service workflow, and process that material for your request. You must not upload confidential, copyrighted, or personal material unless you have authority to do so.

Third-party publications, course materials, software, citations, and other protected content remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Nothing in these terms transfers rights that neither you nor Writers24x7.com owns.

Tutor profiles, response times, delivery estimates, and subject availability may change. Verification badges describe a completed platform review; they do not guarantee suitability, availability, a grade, acceptance by an institution, or any other academic result.

You are responsible for checking advice, calculations, citations, files, and feedback before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability connected with a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when the platform, service workflow, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from the time it is posted, except where applicable law requires another form of notice.
